Exploring How Plants Heal is a series of four workshops all about the magic and sustenance of the plant world. We will begin with simple ways plants arrive in our lives and how we can foster relationships with them, to the more mundane and mindful practices that plants can inform in our daily lives. This workshop is for anyone who has dreamt of a plant, been haunted by a garden or grove in the forest, or used an herbal remedy. If you have any inkling of curiosity about the magic of plants this is a great place to start.
The first in our four part series Exploring How Plants Heal, this workshop will explore how plants introduce themselves to us. Whether in our dreams or on our plates, plants appear in our lives many ways and for many reasons. We’ll learn how to listen to plants when they show up and begin to understand how to hear what medicine they are offering us. We will also discuss the responsibility we have as plant allies to honor our earth and practice sustainable plant practices.
